The term product liability is very important for the customers’ health. Manufacturers of various products are expected to be watchful in their production. To mention a few products namely engineering goods, food products, drinks, medicines, etc .These manufacturers are expected to perform their duty.

If they fail, payment of compensation for the consequences is their liability because their products which are defective might cause damage to property and loss of life.
