A small amount of bacteria is always present in food of all variety naturally. But this does not stop there. In case of poor treatment of food, inadequate storage or improper cooking results in multiplication of bacteria in large enough figures to cause poor health. Food can also be contaminated by viruses, toxins, parasites, and chemicals. Poor health caused due to such contaminates, though, is less widespread than poor health caused by bacterial germs that are in food.


There are different types of contamination and hence depending upon the source, the food poisoning symptoms vary. Nausea is also reported becoming sick after eating contaminated food depends upon type organism, age, magnitude of attack, and present health. Older Adults are under high risk than others. This is due to the fact that their immune system is not as fast as others’. Young children And Infants are also included into this list. This is because their immune system hasn’t developed fully compared to elders. People having chronic ailments can also be categorized under this. Suffering from a chronic condition, such as AIDS or diabetes, or receiving radiation therapy or chemotherapy for cancer eventually results in reduction of immunity.
There is a poisoning named botulism poisoning. It is a potentially food poisoning which is fatal that is a consequences due to the intake of a pollutant, which results due to fungi called spores in the meal. The toxin of this deadly disease is normally found in foods cooked at home, especially tomatoes and green beans.
